We hope that your purchase is exactly what you wanted and that it fits perfectly!  If not, by all means, send it back to us! We provide store credit for all returns. This credit is good for one year and can be used just like cash at ShopBSocial.com. The credit you receive will be for the original purchase amount of the product(s) and any applicable sales tax.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility + original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend shipping your return with tracking info. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Return Policy: We provide STORE CREDIT within 14 days for orders. All returns MUST have a receipt or gift receipt, we are unable to process an exchange without this. Products must be unworn & not washed with original tags attached. All products on sale, jewelry, headbands & seasonal are final sale and can't be returned. 

If you return products that were purchased during a sitewide sale + you received a discount, you will be credited the amount of the purchase price paid (minus shipping).  If you would like to buy something else or return your item(s) for a different size, you will be required to pay the full purchase price and won't receive the original promotional discount.

We have just a few requirements to meet our policy:
•  ONLINE returns must be received within 14 days of delivery date. In-Store items must be returned by 14 days with receipt. 

•  Item(s) must be returned unused, unworn, + in new condition.

•  All merchandise must be returned with tags intact + shoes must be returned in original, undamaged box.

All sales from Black Friday + Cyber Monday are FINAL sale. NO exceptions.

Returns that fail to meet our policy: Customers will have 14 days to have the items shipped back at their expense. After the 14 days, the items will be donated + your return will not be processed.

To return your merchandise, please download the Return Authorization form + include it with your return.

When we receive your return, we will send an email within 3 business days explaining how to use your store credit! 

*We do not accept returns without an enclosed return authorization slip.*

If you believe we have shipped the wrong color, size or defective merchandise you must Contact Us within 3 days of receipt to get any issues resolved.

Exchanges

If you received an item and want to exchange for a different size, color or style please treat it as a return. Once we receive your return and send you your credit, you will be able to make a new purchase of the item you desired.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation requests must be received before the order has been shipped and all cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee. Once the order has been shipped, the order is not able to be canceled.
